Privacy Policy
Setlog Hub is an independent informational website. We do not provide Setlog account registration, checkout, or direct payment features, and we do not ask for Setlog passwords or payment details. The site does, however, accept voluntary Setlog group listing submissions and help requests through its forms.
Basic technical data may be processed when a visitor opens the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate time of access. This information is used for security, abuse prevention, performance monitoring, and general site operation.
Group listing submissions
When a visitor submits a group for review, the form collects the group name, group code, description, intended audience, tags, selected language, the page from which the form was submitted, and the submission time. A contact address or account name may be provided voluntarily so we can clarify the submission or handle a later correction or removal request.
Group submission data is sent through Setlog Hub's server route to Formspree, a third-party form processing provider. Formspree and our hosting provider, Vercel, may also process technical information such as an IP address, request headers, browser details, and timestamps to deliver the form, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy and data protection terms.
If a group is approved, its group name, group code, description, intended audience, tags, language, and approval date may be displayed publicly in the Setlog Hub group directory. Optional contact information is used only for review, correction, safety, or removal communication and is not displayed on the public group card. Submission does not guarantee publication; we may reject, edit for clarity, unpublish, or remove a listing when it is inaccurate, unsafe, private, expired, promotional, or otherwise unsuitable for a public directory.
Group submission records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review and publish the listing, respond to corrections or removal requests, document moderation decisions, and prevent repeated abuse. A submitter or affected group owner may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Public listings can also be reported by any visitor using the report or removal link shown beside the group.
Do not submit passwords, private invitation codes, precise home or school locations, phone numbers, legal names, classroom details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Do not submit personal information about a child or teenager. A group intended for minors must use a non-identifying public description and must not expose an individual minor's contact details or location.
Help requests
The Setlog Hub help center lets visitors choose an issue category, review related guides, and voluntarily submit an unresolved problem. A help request may include the selected issue category, device platform and model, operating system and app version, when the issue started, an error message, troubleshooting steps already tried, a description of the symptom, a reply email address, the selected site language, the referring page, and the submission time.
Help request data is sent through Setlog Hub's server route to Formspree for delivery and review. The information is used only to understand the request, suggest relevant public troubleshooting steps, ask for necessary clarification, identify repeated documentation gaps, prevent abuse, and respond through the email supplied by the visitor. Setlog Hub cannot inspect or change a private Setlog account, recover passwords or verification codes, reverse account restrictions, restore deleted logs, or access Setlog server data.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, private group codes, phone numbers, exact home or school locations, unredacted account screenshots, or personal information about minors in a help request. Help request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the issue, correspond with the visitor, improve relevant guides, document abuse, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. A visitor may request deletion of a help request by contacting us from the same reply email address.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Setlog Hub currently uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, page performance, traffic sources, and technical issues. These tools may process limited technical data such as IP address, device information, browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, referrer, and interaction events.
Setlog Hub uses Google AdSense to request, serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, mobile identifiers, or similar technologies to show ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites, to measure ad performance, and to prevent abuse.
Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors may also disable Cookie storage through their browser settings, although analytics, advertising measurement, security, and some site features may work differently.
This site may use third-party advertising companies, such as Google AdSense, to serve ads. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to show ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse. Visitors can manage or disable personalized advertising through their browser settings, device settings, or Google's advertising controls where available.
Data Protection matters are handled with a minimal collection approach. We keep only the information needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the website, and we do not sell personal data. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics or personalized advertising cookies, those technologies should be used only after the relevant consent choice has been collected.
For GDPR-related requests, visitors may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights where applicable. Because Setlog Hub does not maintain user accounts, most requests will relate to group submissions, contact emails, server logs, analytics identifiers, or similar limited records.
Setlog Hub links to app stores, official services, and third-party websites. After a visitor leaves this site, the privacy practices of the destination service apply. We are not responsible for how those external services collect, store, or process personal data.
Privacy questions and Data Protection requests can be sent to contact@setloghub.com. We may update this Privacy Policy when site features, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change.
