Privacy Policy

SetlogHub collects only the information needed to operate the site, review submissions, answer help requests, and prevent abuse. This policy explains what is processed when you browse the site or use group, help, and community features.

01

Scope and basic technical data

SetlogHub does not provide Setlog account registration, payment, or password storage. When you open the site, technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and access time may be processed for security, diagnostics, performance, and operation.

The site does not create visitor accounts. A random visitor identifier may be stored in browser localStorage to distinguish repeated votes or submissions. It is not a public profile or advertising membership record.

02

Group, help, and community submissions

A public group submission may contain a group name, code, description, intended audience, tags, language, source page, submission time, and optional private contact information used only for review, correction, or removal.

A help request may contain an issue category, device and operating system, Setlog version, start time, error text, steps already tried, detailed symptoms, a reply email, and recommended guide information. It is used to understand and track the request and identify repeated documentation gaps.

A community voice submission may contain a subject, current experience, impact, desired outcome, category, device, app version, optional email, and consent choices. Agreement votes and topic replies also process the topic identifier and duplicate-prevention information.

03

Review and public display

Submissions are not published automatically. We may approve, clarify, anonymize, combine, hold, reject, unpublish, or remove material after checking consent, personal information, relevance, safety, accuracy, and duplication.

When public consent is given, an anonymized excerpt may be edited for clarity or combined with similar feedback. Without public consent, the original wording is not quoted publicly and is reviewed only to understand recurring needs and improve guidance.

04

Storage and security

Form data is sent to the SetlogHub API on Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. Vercel and Cloudflare may process request headers, IP addresses, browser details, and timestamps while delivering and protecting the website and API.

The API uses permitted-value checks, request-size limits, hidden anti-spam fields, duplicate fingerprints, and submission-rate limits. D1 submission tables are designed to store a keyed pseudonymous hash instead of a raw IP address. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access and public exposure are minimized.

05

Retention, access, correction, and deletion

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, correspondence, publishing control, diagnostics, security, and abuse prevention. Records may be deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed, subject to operational and legal requirements.

If you supplied an email address, use the same address to request access, correction, or deletion. Public group listings also include report, correction, and removal routes. We may ask for a request number, related URL, or group name so the correct record can be identified.

06

Website analytics and technical data

SetlogHub uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate use, traffic sources, device types, performance, and errors. These providers may process IP address, approximate location, browser, device, page, and interaction data.

07

Google AdSense, third-party advertising, and cookies

SetlogHub may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense to serve ads. Google and other third-party advertising companies may place or read cookies in a visitor's browser and may use web beacons, IP addresses, mobile identifiers, or similar technologies to serve and measure advertising.

Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on a visitor's prior visits to SetlogHub or other websites. These technologies may also be used for personalized advertising, performance measurement, frequency control, and abuse prevention.

Where consent is legally required, non-essential analytics or personalized advertising technologies operate according to the visitor's consent choice. Visitors can manage cookies and personalized advertising through the consent interface, browser cookie settings, and Google Ads Settings.

08

Sensitive information and younger visitors

Do not submit passwords, verification or transfer codes, private invitation codes, phone numbers, exact home or school locations, identity documents, health information, unredacted account screens, or another person's private information.

SetlogHub is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Visitors below the applicable age of digital consent should not submit personal information without permission from a parent or guardian. A guardian or affected person may request correction or deletion.

09

External services and contact

After you follow a link to an app store, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, or another external service, that provider's privacy terms apply. SetlogHub does not control how external accounts or data are processed.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. This policy may be updated when site features, advertising tools, or legal requirements change.
