Choose the route that matches your goal: troubleshooting, a content correction, a public group request, or a privacy question. Including the relevant page and the result you need helps us review the request without asking for sensitive account information.

Troubleshoot a Setlog problem
For notifications, camera access, login, friends and groups, or video-saving problems, use the help center and include your device and the checks you already completed.

Do not send passwords, verification or transfer codes, private group codes, phone numbers, exact home or school locations, identity documents, or personal information about another person or a minor. Send only the minimum details needed to describe the screen and action.
What happens after contact
We review the request and connect solvable problems to a relevant guide. Content corrections are checked against current public information, and group requests are matched to the published listing. A reply is not guaranteed for every message, and SetlogHub cannot access private Setlog accounts or server records.
